SIMEX Bangladesh is founded by Mr. Dewan Shuvo in 2005 when he was a university going student. At that time Mr. Shuvo started his business with import-export business only. But in 2012 Mr. Shuvo along with his younger brother Mr. Dewan Jamil started working in jute export, nautical antique export, and BPO sector. In 2005, they established CHALO which is the first rideshare company in Bangladesh. As their father is a civil engineer, in 2018 they finally moved their business on their father’s construction business. Initially, they work with international construction companies in Bangladesh (Japanese, Chinese, Indian, and Korean).
