Does the LookOut Charger stop recording? 

No, we designed the LookOut Charger so it has video looping. When the memory is full, the LookOut Charger is programmed to overwrite the oldest video files.

How are the videos saved?

The video files will be in AVI format. Each video file will be 3 minutes in length, which allows you to easily review content.

Will it charge my phone?

Yes, it has a 5V 1000MAH power output. Doesn't come with the iOS/Android USB 2.0 cable.

What power outlet do I need?

110v-240v.

How do I know it is working?

The camera automatically starts working when it is plugged into power socket. You will see an indicator light appear and flash 3 times and turn off. That means it is ready to go!

Does it come with a iOS/Android USB 2.0 cable?

No, however, it is compatible with any phone charger that has a USB output.

What computer do I need to access the footage?

Any windows or mac or linux will do.

What does a LookOut come with?

Do I have to pay GST/VAT charges when shipping?

Yes, customers are all responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are designated once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Unfortunately we can't do anything to change this because each country has a strict set of rules around this.
